Former president Donald Trump and President Biden are both scheduled to return to the campaign trail this week in an increasingly acrimonious race. Trump has rallies planned in Wisconsin and Michigan on Wednesday — a day off from his hush money trial in New York — and another one Saturday in New Jersey. Biden has advertised a campaign event Tuesday in Delaware.
