President Biden is scheduled to give an address Friday at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington. He’ll also meet at the White House with leaders of the Divine Nine, a group of historically Black sororities and fraternities. It’s part of a flurry of outreach to Black voters. On Thursday, he met with plaintiffs and family members from a landmark schools desegregation case. On Sunday, he plans to address an NAACP dinner in Detroit.
