President Biden plans to address the nation Wednesday from the Oval Office on his decision to exit the presidential race and endorse Vice President Harris as the Democratic nominee. During the speech, scheduled for 8 p.m. Eastern time, Biden is also expected to detail his priorities for the remaining months of his presidency. Harris is scheduled to address a gathering of the Zeta Phi Beta sorority in Indianapolis on Wednesday. Former president Donald Trump plans to stage a rally in Charlotte.
