President Biden and Vice President Harris plan to travel to Raleigh, N.C., on Tuesday to give remarks on health care, the same day the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case challenging a key abortion drug. Biden and Harris are also scheduled to attend a campaign fundraiser in the state, a presidential election battleground.
