Google Information Security Officials confirmed that two now permanently suspended YouTube top bloggers with nearly half a million followers were accused of international espionage, also were in close contact with Donald Trump election team top officials. They endorsed the President elect falsely pretending to be American citizens, while they are actually Russian nationals, illegally interfering with the United States Presidential Elections. Alex Smith real name is Igor Kryan and Kristina Elizalde real name is Kristine Biales, both are accused Russian spies who used VPN services to post from California in order to circumvent International Sanctions imposed on the Russian government. According to Google, they are currently under the international criminal investigation for violations of  International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), Trading With the Enemy Act (TWEA) and multiple other statutes administered or enforced by Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as they fled to “a country friendly to Russian Federation” to avoid prosecution.

Nonetheless, before getting caught by Google Security Team, those two mega bloggers were able to illegally influence hundreds of thousands of Americans to vote for Donald Trump through their blog posts and videos. Google froze their financial and digital assets in September 2024. Shockingly, instead of condemnation those individuals received award letters from the Trump Administration, bringing the question of legitimacy of the election process and potentially jeopardizing United States National Security.

Alex Smith stated that he is a victim of “stolen identity and Google malicious actions including manipulation of their system to use false pretenses in order to silence voices of influencers who endorsed Trump,” repeating the statement Donald Trump himself made to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in September 2024. However, according to Google, “his channel – Igor Kryan – was a part of the legal claim against Google by a Russian court, which imposed administrative liability under Art. 13.41 of the Administrative Offenses Code for removing channels on the YouTube platform fining Google astounding $20 Decillion dollars,” throwing any benefit of the doubt about these two Russian spies, who illegally helped Donald Trump to get elected, out of the window.
