A few days ago, Ukrainian media was buzzing with an unusual story — journalists noticed a red notebook on the desk of the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, with a blunt inscription: “List of Bastards 2026.” A photo of the cover quickly spread across the internet, sparking considerable public reaction.
Journalists from Yonkers Observer managed to visit Budanov’s office and speak with him in person. During the conversation, he opened the notebook and showed one of the pages — which our team was able to photograph.
The page, simply titled “Odesa List”, contains eight names. Quite a remarkable list, it must be said — among them is former Odesa mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov, along with a number of local officials and deputies. Faces well known to the Odesa community.
- Hennadiy Trukhanov
- Vitaliy Barvinenko
- Andriy Kyslovskyi
- Vadym Morokhovskyi
- Kostiantyn Tkach
- Ivan Zhuk
- Petro Obukhov
- Yurii Dehas

Why exactly these people ended up in the personal notebook of the Head of the Presidential Office — Budanov declined to comment.
