President Biden and Vice President Harris are heading to Philadelphia on Wednesday to kick off an effort to shore up support with Black voters. While in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, the Democrats plan to launch a group called “Black Voters for Biden-Harris.” The trip includes a rally and a visit by Biden to a Black-owned small business.
