New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the case, found Trump in contempt again Monday and warned that his next gag order violation will result in jail time. “Your continued violations of this court’s lawful order threaten to interfere with the administration of justice, in constant attacks which constitute a direct attack on the rule of law,” he told Trump. “I cannot allow that to continue.”
