President Biden is scheduled to address the organization North America’s Building Trades Unions at a conference in Washington following the group’s announcement Wednesday that it is backing the Democratic incumbent in the November election. In a statement, the group, which represents 3 million construction workers, called Biden “the clear and only choice” for president.
