Sweet-and-Sour Pork Tenderloin Recipe – Los Angeles Times

Make the sweet-and-sour sauce: Combine the pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, rum, soy sauce and hot sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
