Carlos De Oliveira — the second person to be charged alongside Donald Trump in a case involving the alleged hoarding of sensitive government materials at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida — is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in a federal courthouse in Miami.
A magistrate judge is expected to read De Oliveira the charges filed against him and inform him of his legal rights. He is then expected to plead not guilty to the charges against him, and the terms of his release will be set.
